Delete your account

To delete your Emmanuel AI account and the data linked to it (your profile, conversations, Grace Points, Gold Coins and app activity), enter the email address you sign in with. This opens your email app with a request addressed to our team. We confirm by email once your account is deleted.

Your gratitude journal is stored only on your phone: uninstalling the App removes it.

If your email app doesn't open, email hello@bloomsynth.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the address you sign in with.
